What's your day job?

I am currently the host with the most at your local St. Petersburg Metro Diner.

Do you have any hobbies outside of improv?

I like to write as much as I can. Poems, screenplays, miscellaneous ideas. I play Dungeons & Dragons every week. And, outside of improv, I do like a good scripted acting session when I get the chance.

What drew you to improv?

Honestly, I've been acting in some way since I was about seven years old so naturally I grew an interest to improv. I took improv classes my sophomore and senior year of high school. Then my friend, Conner, didn't want to take improv classes by himself, so he made me sign up for Spitfire Theater’s improv classes and it’s the best decision I've ever made. And, you know, I watched a lot of Whose Line is it Anyway growing up.

What do you like to do most on stage?

It’s not a question of what I like to do when I'm on stage . It's simply the matter of being there. I treasure every moment I get on stage. Whether the performance was amazing or a learning experience, I am grateful to have been able to spend some time in a magic moment with my scene partners. So I guess the thing I like to do on stage is be there and be present.

What makes a good scene in your opinion?

Oh boy, a lot of things go into a scene. But I say as long as you have a good connection with your fellow players and the audience and if you stay present and honest in that moment, things are gonna go well.

What's the most memorable moment you've had at Spitfire?

I'd probably have to say my class’s ST-2 Showcase where Conner Finehout and I did a duo. It just felt like a great show. And we will be performing again on the 28th of March in the Spitfire Open at 8pm.

How would you explain Spitfire shows to someone who's never been?

A magical experience that is hard to find the words to explain. You feel both vulnerable and absolutely protected at the same time. You kinda have to be there. So, you know, I'll see you there.

How would you describe the Spitfire community in 5 words or less?

Group mind at it's finest.
